Domestic Shipping

  • Shipping Charges: A flat shipping rate of BDT [Your Rate] applies to all standard deliveries within Bangladesh. Orders above BDT [Threshold Amount] qualify for free shipping.
  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery times range from 3-5 business days within Dhaka, and 5-7 business days for other areas. Please note that during holidays or peak seasons, delivery times may vary.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Use this to track your order status at any time.

International Shipping

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your product for any reason, our return and exchange policies ensure that you have peace of mind.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Any items that have been customized or personalized cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
  • Sale or clearance items, unless the product arrives defective or damaged.

How to Return/Exchange an Item

  2. Return Authorization: Our support team will provide a return authorization and guide you through the process.
  3. Shipping Your Return: Pack the item securely and send it to our return address, which will be provided by our team. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will guide you through the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will take immediate action to resolve the issue.

  1. Report Damage: Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  2. Proof of Damage: Send photos of the damaged product and the packaging to info@coversline.com.
  3. Replacement: After reviewing the issue, we will offer a replacement product or a full refund, including the cost of shipping.

Canceling or Modifying an Order

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you can initiate a return after receiving it by following the steps outlined above.
